1994 through 1999
From the streets of Liverpool to across Europe
Our earlier projects reflected positive aspects taken from the streets of Liverpool, which has a lot of beauty hidden in plain sight. We promoted football, from training clubs to the top-flight of the Premier League. We injected our own style of production using fast-paced visuals mixed with recognisable music - a technique that was later adopted across sports production promotion.
As we traversed Liverpool we met a lot of interesting people and heard so many stories, some which led us into investigating corruption in both football and religion. Through our experiences in deep-diving research for earlier documentaries in football, our investigations led to revealing evidence that was hidden; and ultimately death threats which led to us having to close down.
